Wherever you are in your journey with yourself, we are ready to meet you there and show you a side of yourself you likely haven’t seen before. We photograph everybody and every body type, regardless of age, gender or sexual orientation, and nothing gives us greater pleasure than to show you just how beautiful you really are. Regardless of why you think you can’t, I wanted to write this post to show you that no matter what the excuse, you CAN do it!

I Don’t Have Enough Time For Myself

With work, family and other commitments, we understand how hard it is to juggle everything in your life and that making yourself a priority may be pretty low on your list. However, it’s important to remember that if you aren’t taking care of yourself mentally, you’re not going to be able to handle taking care of everyone else. I once read you will always find time for what’s important. Don’t forget that you’re important, too. And it’s important to take time for yourself.

I’m Not Where I Want To Be Weight Wise

Media’s representation of women is completely biased, showing roughly only 5% of the population by size. Many believe that in order to look or feel beautiful or to be worthy of booking a session, that they need to match what they see in the media. Don’t be fooled! Recent statistics indicate the average size of North American women is 14.

The thought of wearing something revealing, much less taking your clothes off in front of a stranger and having photos is terrifying for most. You fear being judged and being seen.  I totally get that. It IS terrifying! It’s one of the most vulnerable things you can do. But, it’s in these moments that we find our true selves. Many clients have told us before their session that they can’t book a boudoir session because they don’t feel sexy anymore. They’ve got kids, they’re tired from work, and so on. What they don’t realize, until after the session, is that boudoir is EXACTLY why they need to do a boudoir shoot because while it won’t reduce your workload, LOL, it does help bring out that inner sexy goddess you have inside.
